Y2K & bbno$ – Lalala (Oliver Heldens Remix)
First things first I want to say Happy Easter to everyone who has been tuning in on a regular basis to Affinity Ascensionthis past year, your support has been greatly appreciated. In honor of such a Holiday, I’d like to present you with a track that I feel will suit the occasion, particularly on the evening end of things after dinner and a few glasses of red wine have been had. The name of the piece is “Lalala”, remixed by Oliver Heldens.
I’m sure you are all aware of the original creators of this banger, Y2K & bbno$, as “Lalala” blew up on pretty much all music platforms, especially TikTok. TikTok has been known as of late to teleport small time artists straight into stardom if they are able to develop a catchy tune that the masses can groove to for their snazzy dance augmentations. If you have a catchy tune that makes it easy for people to dance to I would certainly recommend syncing it up with the massive platform, I’m sure it will do you wonders with a stroke of luck.
All in all, this remix made by Oliver Heldens goes the distance through and through. As it begins we are quickly reminded of the original with a tight vocal snippet from the original, backed by a well produced beat featuring a wicked drum backing. As the jam plays out we become aware that this is truly a work of Heldens as his catchy signature house style is certainly prevalent. To be expected, the main catchy vocal chorus from the original that made the song famous is brought in and the minute mark has not even been hit yet. Then before we know it we are bombarded with the sickest party beat of all time, it’s one that pretty much anyone can get down to. This ‘drop’ made the remix shine greatly and many are in agreement so far as to how sensational this bad boy turned out to be. I’m sure Y2K & bbno$ are more than thrilled that Heldens is keeping the cinders well kindled for the hard work they put in on the original. To get this field day commenced, peep the video below for a listen :)
