Drew Schueler - Head Start

Tonight we are leaving you with one of the most brilliant pieces of music we have heard in a very long time; it goes by the name “Head Start” and it was produced by the fabulous Drew Schueler. This track will have you in absolute shambles by the time it comes to a close, there is just something about it that tugs on your heart strings harder than a sumo wrestler pulls on udon noodles into his mouth after a long day of wrestling practice. After having listened to the ballad literally twenty times on repeat, I have come to the conclusion that much of the beautiful energy resonates deep from the sultry vocals. Let’s not forgot about the heavenly piano work too! As many know it takes two to tango, and this is surely a tango you do not want to miss out on.

I hope the song is not about Drew personally because such a beautiful musician does not deserve to have gone through such a break up. This song is so emotive you literally feel like you went through the break up yourself as “Head Start” concludes. With sadness comes beauty though. When you experience such strong emotions that result from a relationship having fallen through, flowers blossom on the other side. There is always a balance in life and Drew came back to tilt the scales heavily on the flip side by concocting the beautiful floral bouquet “Head Start” that listeners will now be able to listen to and enjoy for the rest of time.

I recently saw Ed Sheeran perform live in Chicago about a year and a half ago and the talented artist Lauv opened up for him, someone who I was tracking actually before that show came to be. Lauv has been filling my ears with joy for some time now so that show was such a treat because he played just as well live as he does at home on the headphones. Drew Schueler, before I even saw related artists, heavily reminded me of Lauv. I could see the two playing live together on stage even; I think both artists would compliment each other so well :) I hope that day comes to be because I would most certainly see both artists play in tangent together, it would be such a wondrous event. Once you hear Drews track below you will soon realize how much this young talented artist has coming for him, he’s going to be massive one day just you wait.
